Residence (III) at Luing

Project proposes a 4 storey cottage style residence and a parking space for 10 cars catering to the clinic that is proposed as a part of residence itself on the ground floor. Aim was to provide a rustic design with spacious spaces in a way that the structure doesn’t appear massive in height. Attic space is utilized to create aesthetic habitable spaces with wood and stone being the main construction materials. One basement floor is constructed to house helping staff. Upper floors are designed to get view, light & ventilation from all 4 sides, whereas the basement floor gets appropriate light & ventilation from the other two sides.
