The proposed Old Age Home in Mangan, North Sikkim, overlooking the Dzongu hills, has been designed to be a well equipped and  comfortable stay for the elderly people. The proposal has three blocks, which reduces the ground coverage, giving plenty of open space and a garden as well. The facility is designed with a barrier-free approach, so it's well suited for the elderly.It houses 97 beds, well equipped with all the necessary amenities to run and properly maintain the facility.
