Existing Raj Bhawan at zero point, Gangtok demanded supportive recreational facilities like Cafe & Walking trail with a parking space & public toilet to be designed such that the toilet is accessible to both people passing by as well as the visitors of Raj Bhawan. Close to the cafeteria is the walking trail having intermediate gazebo spaces for people to rest and enjoy the calmness of nature surrounding it.
